Almiba is used as a dietary supplement to support nutrition in premature infants; in cases of hypotrophy and hypotonia, respiratory distress syndrome in newborns; decreased appetite and body mass deficiency; during hemodialysis; in chronic cerebral circulatory disorders, dementia, cognitive impairments, depression, and asthenia.
Each 1 ml contains:
Carnitine – 400 mg (active ingredient)
Excipients: sorbitol, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, flavoring “Red Fruit”

Newborns and children under 12 years: 50–100 mg per kg of body weight per day, divided into 2–3 doses
Children over 12 and adults: 1–3 grams per day
Duration of treatment: 1–3 months. If necessary, the course may be repeated.
