Used for the symptomatic treatment of inflammatory and allergic skin reactions in adults, adolescents, and children from 2 years of age.
Active ingredients: Diphenhydramine hydrochloride and Lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate.
1 g of gel contains 20 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride and 10 mg lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate.
Other ingredients: Propylene glycol (E1520), Hydroxyethylcellulose, Citronella oil, Disodium edetate, Purified water.
Alephin is indicated for symptomatic treatment of inflammatory and allergic skin reactions accompanied by itching caused by external factors, including insect bites and contact with plants (e.g., nettle) in adults, adolescents, and children from 2 years of age.
Pregnancy: Lidocaine crosses the placental barrier, but animal studies did not show harmful effects on the fetus. Due to limited studies confirming safety during pregnancy, Alephin should be avoided during pregnancy.
Lactation: Lidocaine is excreted in breast milk in small amounts, unlikely to pose risk to the infant. However, due to limited safety data, Alephin use is not recommended during breastfeeding.

Alephin has no or negligible effect on the ability to drive or operate machinery.
Apply a small amount of gel gently to the affected skin area. Use 2-3 times daily as needed. Follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse.
Store below 25°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Shelf life after first opening: 3 years, but do not use beyond the expiry date on the package.
