If the patient is allergic to Diclofenac or any other substance contained in this medicine.
If the patient's history includes muscle spasm of the lungs (bronchospasm), asthmatic attack, swelling of the nasal mucous membrane, or a skin reaction related to the administration of acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Impaired hematopoietic function of unknown cause.
If the patient has active or a history of gastric and/or duodenal ulcer (ulcerative disease) or hemorrhages (2 or more cases of ulcer or bleeding).
Gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation in the history related to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory therapy.
Cerebral (cerebrovascular bleeding) or other active hemorrhages.
Acute dysfunction of the liver or kidneys.
Acute heart disease (cardiac failure).
If the patient has been diagnosed with heart disease and/or cerebrovascular disease, for example, heart attack, infarction, mini-infarction (TIA), or blockage of heart or brain blood vessels, or surgery to clear blocked vessels.
Circulatory problems (peripheral arterial diseases).
If the patient is a child or adolescent.
Last trimester of pregnancy.
