Eye suspension: plastic bottle 5 ml Drop-Tainer.

Dexamethasone ....................... 1 mg
Neomycin sulfate............. 3.5 mg
Polymyxin B sulfate............6000 IU
Preservative – Benzalkonium chloride............0.004%
Base – Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose ...........0.5%
Eye ointment: tube 3.5 g

Used in inflammatory eye processes when combined antimicrobial and glucocorticoid therapy is required.
1–2 drops into the eye. In acute forms of the disease, instillation may be done every hour. With improvement, the frequency of administration decreases until complete discontinuation.
In prolonged processes – 4–5 times daily.
Ointment is applied 3–4 times daily.
Allergic reactions – associated with increased sensitivity to the components of the preparation;
Increase in intraocular pressure, rarely – subcapsular cataract;
Delayed wound healing, secondary infections.
Keratitis caused by Herpes simplex;
Certain viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva;
Eye fungal diseases;
Increased sensitivity to any component of the preparation;
Strictly contraindicated during the removal of foreign bodies from the cornea.
