Dosage and Administration:

Amoxi-Denk 1000 should be taken strictly according to the doctor’s instructions. If the patient has any doubts about the medication, they should consult their doctor or pharmacist.
Amoxi-Denk 1000 should be swallowed with food to improve tolerance without affecting effectiveness.
Dosage depends on age, weight, kidney function, severity and location of the infection, as well as the suspected or confirmed pathogens.

Method of administration:

Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, Amoxi-Denk 1000 is taken as follows:
The total daily dose should be divided as accurately as possible into doses throughout the day. When divided into three doses, the interval between doses should be 8 hours; when divided into two doses, the interval should be 12 hours.
In children weighing up to 40 kg (under 12 years), it is generally recommended to divide the daily dose into three parts (every 8 hours).
If the patient feels the effect of Amoxi-Denk 1000 is too strong or too weak, they should consult a doctor.
In adults, adolescents, and children over 12 years old weighing more than 40 kg, the daily dose of amoxicillin is 1500–3000 mg, divided into 3–4 doses. It is also possible to divide the total daily dose into 2 doses (12-hour intervals), which may allow for a higher total daily dose to maintain the therapeutic level. In severe infections, the daily dose may be increased to 4000–6000 mg.
In children under 12 years and weighing less than 40 kg: 50–100 mg of amoxicillin per kg of body weight, divided into 3–4 doses, with a maximum daily dose of 2000 mg.
For children under 6 years, a pharmaceutical form more convenient than tablets should be selected.
Generally, the patient's weight plays an important role in dose selection, although it may not always correspond exactly with age.
