Composition:

Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), Melatonin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride)

Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Lactose monohydrate, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Polyvinyl alcohol

Indications:

Melatonin is naturally produced in the human body and regulates the onset and quality of sleep, as well as the sleep-wake cycle according to the daily light-dark rhythm. With age, the synthesis of melatonin decreases, leading to sleep disturbances and reduced sleep quality.

Melatonin contributes to:

• Reducing the time it takes to fall asleep

• Facilitating the body's adaptation to time zone changes after travel

A beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
A beneficial effect is also achieved by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.

Valerian extract helps reduce nervous tension and has a calming effect on individuals experiencing stress, insomnia, and fatigue.

Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduces tiredness and fatigue. In combination with melatonin and valerian, it helps to fall asleep faster and improves sleep quality.

Sleepfix Plus + B6 does not cause dependence or morning drowsiness.

Dosage:

Adults aged 18 and over: 1 tablet daily, 30–60 minutes before bedtime.

Warnings:

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

• This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

• Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or under the age of 18.

• Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

• Avoid driving or operating machinery for at least 5 hours after taking the product.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
