Nogasti L Oral Suspension 100ml

Composition:

Each 5 ml of suspension contains:

• Aluminum hydroxide – 300 mg

• Magnesium oxide – 350 mg

• Simethicone – 100 mg

Indications:

Nogasti L is used for digestive tract diseases associated with normal or increased secretory activity and flatulence (excess gas formation in the intestines).
It is used in combination with other treatments in the following conditions:

• Peptic ulcer disease (stomach and duodenal ulcers) in the exacerbation phase

• Acute gastritis, chronic gastritis in the acute phase

• Erosions of the stomach and duodenum

• Peptic ulcers, hiatal hernia

• Reflux esophagitis

• Duodenogastric reflux

It may also be taken for epigastric discomfort, pain, heartburn, or belching caused by poor diet, alcohol, excessive coffee or nicotine consumption.

Dosage and Administration:

For oral use.

• Adults: 5 ml, 1 hour after meals (unless otherwise directed by a physician).

• In reflux esophagitis, the medication is taken shortly after meals. Treatment duration is 2–3 months.

• For occasional use (e.g., after dietary indiscretion): a single 5 ml dose.

• In children aged 10–16 years, the dose should be determined by a physician (usually half the adult dose).

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparation

• Severe renal impairment, due to the risk of increased serum magnesium and aluminum levels caused by reduced excretion

Storage Conditions:

• Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.

• Do not freeze.

• Keep out of reach of children.
