Composition:

Each 20 ml contains:

• Lavender – 160 mg

• Linden (Tilia) – 100 mg

• Magnesium – 50 mg

• Melatonin – 1 mg

The product is free from lactose, milk, soy, gluten, and GMOs.

Description:

VegaVites SWEET DREAMS is a plant-based dietary supplement enriched with magnesium and melatonin, designed to support restful sleep in children.

• Lavender has calming and analgesic effects. It is commonly used for the treatment of insomnia, anxiety, and mild depression. It also improves cerebral blood circulation.

• Linden extract contains beneficial substances such as glycoside tiliacin, flavonoids, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), essential oils, and vitamin A. It promotes general well-being and has a soothing effect on the central nervous system.

• Magnesium helps relax muscle tissue by acting as a calcium antagonist, preventing involuntary twitching and cramps during sleep. It also plays a role in melatonin synthesis.

• Melatonin is the hormone naturally produced by the nervous system in response to darkness. It shortens sleep latency and ensures deep, uninterrupted sleep throughout the night.

Indications:

Herbal-based syrup with magnesium and melatonin for promoting calm and restful sleep.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the syrup.

Dosage and Administration:

Maximum daily dose: 20 ml

• Children under 3 years: 5 ml before bedtime (after consultation with a pediatrician)

• Children aged 3–5 years: 10 ml before bedtime

• Children over 5 years: 15 ml before bedtime
