Indicated for the treatment of high blood pressure in adults whose blood pressure is already controlled with amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide.
Active ingredients: Amlodipine (as amlodipine besylate), valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide. Each film-coated tablet contains 10 mg of amlodipine (as amlodipine besylate), 160 mg of valsartan, and 25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide.
Other excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose; crospovidone; colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; Opadry II White 85F18422 (contains polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E-171), macrogol 4000, and talc), talc, iron yellow oxide (E-172), and iron red oxide (E-172).
Amlodipine/Valsartan/Hydrochlorothiazide Normon is used for the treatment of high blood pressure in adults whose blood pressure is already controlled with amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide, and for whom it is beneficial to take a single tablet containing all three active substances.
The medication should always be taken exactly as prescribed by a doctor. If the patient is uncertain, consultation with the treating physician or pharmacist is necessary to ensure the best treatment outcome and minimize the risk of side effects.
The usual dose is one tablet per day.
It is preferable to take the medication at the same time each day, with morning being the best time.
The tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
Amlodipine/Valsartan/Hydrochlorothiazide Normon can be taken with or without food.
It is not allowed to take this medication together with grapefruit or grapefruit juice.
Dosage adjustments may be needed based on treatment response.
Exceeding the prescribed dose is not permitted.
Keep out of reach of children.
The medicine does not require special storage conditions.
Do not use the medication after the expiry date stated on the box and blister pack; the expiry date refers to the last day of the indicated month.
