Always follow the instructions on the packaging. Brush your teeth twice daily and no more than three times a day. Do not swallow. Spit out. First squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a clean fingertip and gently apply (for 1 minute) to the sensitive tooth base (no more than twice a day).
