Neldex NS spray helps alleviate symptoms of rhinitis and sinusitis. It is safe for adults and children from 2.5 years of age.
Combined Medication
Ophthalmology → Anti-inflammatory agents for local ophthalmic use → Glucocorticoid agents.
Neomycin sulfate 6500 IU
Polymyxin B sulfate 10000 IU
Dexamethasone metasulfobenzoate 0.25 mg
Phenylephrine hydrochloride 2.5 mg
Methylparahydroxybenzoate, Sodium chloride, Citric acid monohydrate, Macrogol 400, Polysorbate 80, Sodium hydroxide and/or Hydrochloric acid, Purified water.
Decongestants and other locally used nasal preparations. Dexamethasone in combination.
For infectious and inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity, sinuses, and nasopharynx, including:
Acute and chronic rhinitis
Acute and chronic rhinopharyngitis
Sinusitis
Adults: 1 spray into each nostril 3–5 times daily
Children 2.5–15 years: 1 spray into each nostril 3 times daily
Treatment duration: 5–10 days
Hypersensitivity to any component
Suspected closed-angle glaucoma
Concurrent use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors
Viral infections
Kidney disease with albuminuria or renal insufficiency
Pregnancy and lactation
Children under 2.5 years
Use with caution in patients with arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, or hyperthyroidism
Components may affect doping tests in athletes
Long-term or high-dose use may cause systemic effects
Not intended for nasal irrigation
Avoid contact with eyes; if accidental exposure occurs, rinse with plenty of water
Contraindicated
