It is used for moderate headaches, toothaches, myalgias, and neuralgias.
Each tablet contains active ingredients:
Metamizole sodium 500 mg
Triacetonamine-4-toluensulfonate 20 mg
Excipients: Wheat starch
For short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain associated with conditions such as:
Headache
Toothache and dental procedures
Myalgia
Neuralgia
Arthralgia
Dosage:
Depends on the severity of pain and individual sensitivity to the medication.
Adults:
Usual dose: 1 tablet, 1-3 times daily, depending on clinical symptoms.
Maximum single dose: 1 tablet.
Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets.
For dental procedures: 1 tablet 30 minutes before the intervention.
Children over 15 years:
1 tablet daily.
Maximum daily dose: 2 tablets, depending on clinical symptoms.
Special populations:
Elderly, debilitated patients, and patients with reduced creatinine clearance should receive reduced doses due to prolonged elimination of metamizole metabolites.
Liver and kidney impairment:
Avoid repeated high doses initially due to reduced elimination. Dose reduction not necessary for short-term use. Insufficient experience with prolonged use in patients with severe liver and kidney impairment.
Treatment duration:
Usually 3-5 days. Prolonged use or higher doses only with doctor's advice.
Administration method:
Oral use with water, preferably after meals.
Hypersensitivity to metamizole sodium, triacetonamine-4-toluensulfonate, or excipients
Hypersensitivity to other pyrazolone derivatives
Acute hepatic porphyria
Congenital glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (risk of hemolysis)
Severe liver and/or kidney disease
Bone marrow disorders (e.g., after cytostatic therapy) or hematopoietic system diseases (aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, leukopenia)
Hypotension (arterial pressure below 100 mm Hg)
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Children under 15 years
