Alzepil is used to treat symptoms of dementia in individuals diagnosed with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease.
Each film-coated tablet contains 5 mg of the active substance donepezil hydrochloride.

Always use Alzepil exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Take Alzepil orally in the evening, before bedtime, with a glass of water. It can be taken with or without food, as food does not affect its effectiveness.
The usual starting dose is 5 mg once daily. After one month, your doctor may increase the dose to 10 mg once daily. The maximum recommended daily dose is 10 mg.
Always follow your doctor's instructions regarding dosage and timing. Do not adjust your dose or stop taking the tablets without medical advice.
The duration of treatment will be determined by your doctor, who will also let you know when to discontinue the medication. Regular check-ups are required to monitor your symptoms and treatment progress.
