It is used in cases of cardialgia of various origins, neuroses, and nicotine dependence.
Each uncoated tablet contains:
Mebicar – 300 mg
Excipients: Methylcellulose, Calcium stearate
Neuroses and neurotic-like states accompanied by irritability, emotional instability, anxiety, and fear
To improve tolerance to neuroleptic and tranquilizer therapy by alleviating their somatovegetative and neurological side effects
Cardialgia of various origins (not associated with ischemic heart disease)
Nicotine dependence (as part of complex therapy)
Adaptol-Aversi is taken orally at a dose of 300–500 mg, 2–3 times daily.
Maximum single dose: 3 g
Maximum daily dose: 10 g
Duration of treatment varies from a few days to 2–3 months.
For nicotine addiction: 600–900 mg, 3 times daily, for 5–6 weeks.
Adaptol-Aversi does not cause dependence or withdrawal syndrome.
It can be taken regardless of meals.
If a dose is missed, treatment should be continued with the usual dose — do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one.
Consult a physician if necessary.
Adaptol-Aversi is generally well tolerated.
In high doses, it may cause allergic reactions (e.g., skin itching) or dyspeptic symptoms — in such cases, discontinue use.
Transient decreases in blood pressure and body temperature may occur, as well as weakness and dizziness, which typically resolve spontaneously.
Due to the lack of adequate clinical studies, the use of Adaptol-Aversi during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
Store at 15–25°C in a dry place, out of reach of children.
