Benhili Uno is used as a synovial fluid substitute to help patients with degenerative or mechanical arthritis who experience pain or restricted movement.
Benhili Uno Injection Solution 3%, 3 ml Ready-to-Use Syringe
Active ingredient: Sodium hyaluronate 3%
Other ingredients: Sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, and water for injection (quantity sufficient).
Benhili Uno is a synovial fluid substitute for patients with degenerative or mechanical arthropathy causing pain or restricted movement.
Before injection, remove any exudate from the joint if present. Use the same needle for aspiration and injection. Remove the protective cap from the syringe carefully, avoiding contact with the open tip. Attach a needle with a diameter of 18-22 G tightly to the Luer-lock hub to ensure a secure fit. Disinfect the injection site with an appropriate antiseptic solution. Inject Benhili Uno aseptically, administering it only into the joint cavity.
Benhili Uno should be administered once per treatment course; if necessary, the injection may be repeated. The physician will evaluate the possibility of a further injection based on changes in the patient’s clinical condition.
Benhili Uno should not be used in patients who:
Have known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or its derivatives;
Have infections or skin diseases at the injection site;
Have joint infection or severe inflammation.
After injection, transient symptoms may occasionally occur at the injection site, such as local pain, stiffness, warmth, redness, or swelling. These secondary symptoms can be alleviated by applying ice to the joint. These effects are usually mild and short-lived. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. As with any intra-articular treatment, septic arthritis may rarely develop if general precautions are not followed or if aseptic technique is not maintained.
Store Benhili Uno in its original packaging at 0-25°C, protected from direct sunlight and freezing.
