• Ciprofloxacin 500 mg
  (as Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride USP)

• Ornidazole 500 mg

Excipients:

Colloidal anhydrous silica, povidone, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, purified water, purified talc, magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycolate (Type A), hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), macrogol (PEG-6000), titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide.

Indications:

Treatment of mixed infections caused by two or more pathogens sensitive to the components of the drug, including:

• Urinary tract and/or kidney infections: acute and chronic pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis, bacterial prostatitis, epididymitis (including complicated and recurrent cases)

• Sexually transmitted infectionscaused by penicillin-resistant gonococci, chlamydia, trichomonas (agent of trichomoniasis), and other organisms (mixed infections)

• Lower respiratory tract infections

• Bone and joint infections

• Anaerobic infection prophylaxisduring colorectal surgeries and gynecological procedures

Use should follow current official antibacterial treatment guidelines.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to ciprofloxacin, ornidazole, or any component of the product

• Children under 18 years of age

Dosage and Administration:

Take orally, without chewing, before meals or 2 hours after eating.

• Acute infections:1 tablet twice daily for5 days

• Chronic or recurrent infections:1 tablet twice daily for10 days

Treatment should continue for2 additional days after symptoms resolve.

In patients with creatinine clearance ≤20 mL/min, elderly patients, or those with low body weight,half the usual doseis recommended.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
