აპო-ტამსულოზინი CR ინიშნება პროსტატის კეთილთვისებიან ჰიპერპლაზიასთან (BPH) დაკავშირებული ქვედა საშარდე გზების სიმპტომების (LUTS) სამკურნალოდ.
Active ingredient: Tamsulosin hydrochloride
Important excipients: Citric acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 2208 and 2910, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, sodium alginate, and iron oxide yellow.
APO-Tamsulosin CR is prescribed for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
If the patient is allergic (hypersensitive) to tamsulosin or any other ingredients of APO-Tamsulosin CR. Hypersensitivity may manifest as sudden swelling of soft tissues (e.g., larynx or tongue), difficulty breathing, and/or itching and rash (angioedema).
Patients should not take APO-Tamsulosin CR if they are using ketoconazole (an antifungal medication used for treating fungal infections of the skin).
APO-Tamsulosin CR should be taken according to the doctor’s instructions. Take one tablet (0.4 mg) once daily, at the same time each day, with or without food.
Do not crush or chew APO-Tamsulosin CR tablets. The tablet formulation is specially designed for controlled release of tamsulosin hydrochloride into the bloodstream.
Do not share APO-Tamsulosin CR with others. It is intended for use by the prescribed patient only.
If the patient interrupts treatment for several days or longer, consult a doctor before restarting treatment.
Store at room temperature (15°C–30°C).
Keep APO-Tamsulosin CR out of reach of children.
