Active ingredient: Thioctic acid meglumine salt – 1167.7 mg (equivalent to 600 mg thioctic acid)

Dose: 600 mg once daily on an empty stomach
Tablets should be swallowed whole with a small amount of liquid
Intravenous Administration (Infusion Solution)
Dose: 600 mg per day
At the start of treatment, administered intravenously for 2–4 weeks
Subsequent therapy can continue orally at 600 mg per day
IV infusion should be slow, over 30 minutes
Infusions are administered directly from vials, which are placed in black polyethylene light-protective holders
Due to the photo-sensitivity of the active substance, the vial should be removed from the cardboard packaging immediately before use
Infusion is performed using a standard infusion set
Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparation
Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation
Safety and efficacy in children have not been established
