The dose should be selected individually, depending on the current treatment regimen, effectiveness, and patient tolerance
Maximum recommended daily dose should not exceed 100 mg of Sitagliptin
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or any excipients
Diabetic ketoacidosis and diabetic precoma
Moderate or severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <60 mL/min)
Acute conditions that may affect kidney function (dehydration, severe infection, shock, intravenous administration of iodine-containing contrast agents)
Acute or chronic diseases that may cause tissue hypoxia (moderate or respiratory failure, recent myocardial infarction, shock)
Hepatic impairment
Acute alcohol intoxication, alcoholism
Lactation period
Use of Janumet® is not recommended in children under 18 years of age
