Apply a thin layer to the affected skin 1–3 times daily depending on severity
In most cases, 1–2 times daily is sufficient
Frequency depends on severity: once daily for mild lesions, more often for severe lesions
Not recommended for use under occlusive dressings
Continuous use should not exceed 4 weeks
After achieving therapeutic effect, reduce frequency or switch to a less potent topical corticosteroid

Local corticosteroid use may cause:
Burning, itching, irritation, dry skin
Folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acneiform rash
Hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis
Skin maceration, secondary infection, skin atrophy, striae, papular rash
Particularly sensitive areas: face, scalp, and genital
