Amlipine is indicated for the treatment of chronic heart failure, ischemic heart disease, diabetic nephropathy, and arterial hypertension.
Active ingredients: Amlodipine (as amlodipine besilate) 5 mg, Lisinopril (as lisinopril dihydrate) 5 mg.
Excipients: Starch 1500, anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate, lactose monohydrate, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate.
Film coating: Opadry II 85F250057 Red (partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol, macrogol, titanium dioxide, talc, Ponceau 4R, Sunset Yellow FCF, Tartrazine, black iron oxide).
Arterial hypertension
Ischemic heart disease (stable angina pectoris, Prinzmetal's angina)
Chronic heart failure (as part of combination therapy)
Diabetic nephropathy
Amlipin is taken orally at a dose of 1 tablet once daily, regardless of food intake.
If necessary, the daily dose may be increased to 2 tablets per day.
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug or other dihydropyridine derivatives
History of angioedema, including cases associated with other ACE inhibitors
Hemodynamically significant aortic or mitral valve stenosis
Severe arterial hypotension
Cardiogenic shock
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Pediatric patients
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
