It is used in stable and unstable angina, heart failure, and arterial hypertension.
Each film-coated tablet of Adipin contains 5 mg of the active substance Amlodipine.
Excipients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, film-coating powder.

Use of the product is contraindicated in cases of:
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug
Severe aortic stenosis
Severe heart failure
Arterial hypotension
Tachycardia
Collapse
Cardiogenic or vascular shock
First week of acute myocardial infarction
Liver dysfunction
The safety of the drug in pediatric patients has not been established.
Caution is advised in patients with impaired liver function.
Elderly patients and those with renal insufficiency do not require dose adjustment.
Adipin may be used both as monotherapy and in combination with other medications.
No adverse effect of amlodipine on the ability to drive or use machines has been established.
However, if side effects occur — such as significant drops in blood pressure, dizziness, or drowsiness — caution is advised, especially at the beginning of treatment or when changing the dose.
The recommended starting dose is 5 mg once daily.
The dose may be increased depending on the patient's individual response.
The maximum daily dose is 10 mg.
Cardiovascular system:Occasionally – peripheral edema, palpitations, facial flushing.
Central nervous system:
Headache, dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness.
Gastrointestinal system:
Dyspeptic symptoms; possible increase in liver transaminase activity.
Allergic reactions:
May include skin rash, itching, and in rare cases, erythema multiforme.
