It is used for various types of neuralgia, ischemic heart disease, diabetic neuropathy caused by diabetes, and pernicious anemia.
Each vial contains:
Adenosine diphosphate disodium salt – 10.00 mg
Cocarboxylase chloride – 50.00 mg
Nicotinamide – 20.00 mg
Cyanocobalamin – 500 mcg
Adenit Forte is used to treat the following conditions:
Diabetic neuropathy and pernicious anemia in diabetes
Various types of neuralgia
Ischemic heart disease, myocarditis, and cardiomyopathy
Sciatica, pain along the sciatic nerve
Myalgia and lumbago
Bursitis and tendinitis
Raynaud’s disease
Deficiency of vitamins B1, B12, B3
The daily dose is 1 vial of lyophilized powder dissolved in solvent for intramuscular injection.
Method of preparation and administration:
Inject 2 ml of 0.5% lidocaine hydrochloride into the vial containing the lyophilized powder and shake. The powder dissolves in 0.5% lidocaine hydrochloride solution.
The prepared solution should be injected intramuscularly immediately.
Intravenous use of Adenit Forte is contraindicated.
Animal studies are insufficient regarding embryonic/fetal development, labor, or postnatal development. Potential risk to humans is unknown.
Information on safety during pregnancy is limited. Use during pregnancy is possible only if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.
Use during pregnancy should be only if absolutely necessary.
It is unknown whether Adenit Forte is excreted in human milk. Excretion in animal milk has not been studied.
Decisions about breastfeeding, discontinuing breastfeeding, or discontinuing treatment with Adenit Forte should consider the benefits of breastfeeding to the infant and the benefits of treatment to the mother.
Store in original packaging, out of reach of children.
Store at temperatures not exceeding 25ºC.
