Traumas and bruises, including muscle, tendon, and joint injuries
Apply a thin layer (0.5–1.0 g) on the affected area (3–5 cm in diameter) and gently rub into the skin
For external hemorrhoid thrombosis, apply an ointment-soaked gauze directly to the thrombotic node or use a tampon impregnated with the ointment inserted into the rectum
Use 2–3 times daily until the inflammation subsides
Typical treatment duration: 3–7 days; longer courses are determined by a physician
Hypersensitivity to any component of the ointment
Not recommended for use on open wounds, mucous membranes, or purulent processes
Use with caution in cases of increased bleeding from blood vessels
Overdose is rare due to low systemic absorption
