Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica L. Ach.)– The extract contains polysaccharides, phenolic compounds, lichenin, and fatty acids.
Polysaccharides (mucilage) possess nourishing and regenerative properties for mucous membranes. Preparations containing Iceland moss form a protective film over the respiratory mucosa, relieving pain and inflammation, and helping heal minor damage. It also supports the normal and active function of the respiratory and immune systems.
Carrot oil (Daucus carota L.)– Rich in antioxidants like beta-carotene, and vitamins B, C, A, E, D, F, and fatty acids.
It helps reduce irritation and promotes regeneration of mucous membranes.
Sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides L.)– Rich in carotenoids, vitamin E, and fatty acids.
It has soothing, softening effects and enhances mucosal elasticity. Covering the mucosa with this oil stimulates tissue regeneration.
Calendula oil (Calendula officinalis L.)– Contains a variety of bioactive compounds such as essential oils, saponins, polysaccharides, carotenoids, and enzymes.
Thanks to these compounds, calendula oil exhibits anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and regenerative properties. It softens, nourishes, moisturizes, and protects the skin and mucosa from environmental stress and dryness, promoting healing of minor injuries.
