Take 1 granule daily, 30–40 minutes before bedtime.
Duration of treatment: 2 months, with a 1-week break between cycles.
For time zone changes (as an adaptogen):
Take 1 granule 30–40 minutes before sleep, starting 1 day before the flight and continuing for 2–5 days after arrival.
Not intended for use during pregnancy, lactation, or by individuals under 18 years of age.
