A preparation with research-proven efficacy for the prevention and adjuvant treatment of cervical lesions caused by the HPV virus.

Papilocare® 5.0 ml #7 vaginal gel is recommended for women infected with HPV (over 18 years of age), regardless of whether they have virus-induced lesions (ASCUS or LSIL).

The action of Papilocare ensures re-epithelialization, repair, rehydration of the mucosal membrane, antioxidant protection and immunomodulation, as well as general antiseptic, antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiviral effects.

Composition:
Hyaluronic acid niosomes:improve superficial tissue hydration and ensure mucosal elasticity.
Beta-glucan niosomes:enhance the immune and antioxidant protection of the mucosa.
Centella asiatica phytosomes:exert a reparative effect on the mucosa.

BioEcolia®:alpha-oligoglucan that stimulates the growth of beneficial bacterial flora and restores the balance of microorganisms in the cervical and vaginal area.
Aloe vera: hydrates and regenerates the mucosal membrane.
Coriolus versicolor:promotes repair of cervical and vaginal lesions/microlesions. The polysaccharides contained in its composition are characterized by antiviral, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and restorative effects. Due to its antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties, it is often used in anticancer treatments.
Neem extract:soothes irritated mucosa, promotes restoration of damaged tissue, and has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiseptic effects.

Indications:
During human papillomavirus (HPV) infection
 Treatment of HPV-induced cervical mucosal lesions
 Prevention and treatment of HPV-related changes
 Cervical dysplasia, precancerous condition
 Dryness of the cervical and vaginal mucosa
 Restoration of mucosa damaged as a result of HPV or inflammation
 Reduction of irritation, itching, and inflammation in the cervical and vaginal area

Use:
The duration of treatment is 6 months but may be extended by a doctor’s prescription.
To achieve the desired result, it is important to complete the full course of treatment.
It is recommended to start treatment after menstruation.
In the first month, one applicator should be used daily for 21 days, followed by a 7-day break.
From the 2nd to the 6th month, one applicator should be used every other day for 21 days.

The recommendation to interrupt treatment with Papilocare gel during menstruation is related to patient comfort and not to clinical incompatibility.
It is preferable to use Papilocare® gel before bedtime.

Side effects:

Papilocare® has a high safety profile, and no serious adverse reactions were observed in clinical studies.
The only side effect is irritation after use (frequency less than 1 in 10,000), which is more common in women with very sensitive or significantly damaged genital areas, or in postmenopausal patients with high vaginal pH (pH=7). If this effect occurs, the intervals between doses should be increased (every 3 days) and a doctor should be consulted.
