Solgar - Psyllium
Composition:

2 capsules contain:

• Psyllium (Husk fiber of Plantago ovata seeds) – 1000 mg (1 g)

• Total carbohydrates – 1 g

• Dietary fiber – 1 g

Other ingredients:

Vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Free from:
Gluten, starch, dairy products, soy, sugar, yeast, sweeteners, sodium, artificial flavors, preservatives, and colorings.

Indications:

• Constipation

• Diarrhea

• Weight management

• Elevated cholesterol levels

• Prevention of intestinal bacterial dysbiosis

• Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

• Diverticular disease

• Detoxification and recovery after chemotherapy

Dosage:

Take 2 vegetable capsules daily with at least 200 ml of water or any liquid, between meals.
Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage:

Store at room temperature, out of reach of children.
Do not use if the bottle seal is broken or the cap is damaged.
