Solgar – Iron

Composition:

Iron bisglycinate 25 mg chelate (139% of the daily dose)
Does not contain: gluten, starch, dairy products, soy, yeast, sugar, soda, artificial flavorings, sweeteners, or preservatives.

• Increased iron requirements

• Periods of rapid growth

• Vegetarian diet

• Diet restrictions

• Elderly age

• Intense physical activity

• Pregnancy and lactation

• Anemias caused by iron deficiency

• Trauma

• Blood loss due to surgical interventions

• Heavy menstruation

• Blood donation

• Hemodialysis

• Kidney failure

• Acute and chronic bleeding

• Reduced iron absorption in the gastrointestinal tract, gastritis, dysbacteriosis

Dosage

1 capsule 1-2 times daily with meals.
