The Pharmadepot Ring Loyalty Program is a new, flexible, and customer-oriented way to save on your daily purchases. It is designed to make every transaction not only necessary but also rewarding.

When does the new stage of the program start?

The new stage of the Ring Loyalty Program begins on June 4, 2025.

How does the ring system work?

It’s simple – you earn 1 ring for every 25 GEL spent. Rings are credited both in-store and online.

1 ring = 0.50 GEL

You can use rings to:

• Pay part of the value of any product or service – with co-payment
• Or pay the full value – using your total ring balance

Purchases must be in multiples of 25 GEL: 25, 50, 75, etc.

• The catalog includes: personal care, cosmetics, baby food, medical and household devices

From time to time, the program gives you access to exclusive limited-time deals using rings.

Upon purchase, you’ll receive a one-time-use voucher that can be used:

• Online
• Via the mobile app

How it works:

• Choose and purchase the offer you like
• Go to your personal account → “Voucher Block” to view voucher codes
• Show the code to the pharmacist or enter it when ordering online

Note: Vouchers have an expiration date – please check terms before use.

What if you don’t have enough rings?

You can still buy a limited-time offer even if you don’t have enough rings.

The program allows up to minus 10 rings on your balance.

For example: An offer costs 15 rings, but you have only 5 – you can purchase it, and your balance becomes -10.

This option is available only for limited-time offers.

Share your rings

You can easily share rings with friends, family, or coworkers:

• Enter the recipient’s mobile number
• Select the number of rings to send
• Confirm transfer via one-time code

• All Pharmadepot cardholders are automatically enrolled
• If you don’t have a card – visit any branch and get it within minutes
• Changing your mobile number? Update your info with the pharmacist to keep your rings

How do discounts work on a single product?

• If multiple discounts apply to a product, the best one is automatically used
• Example: If a product has a 20% discount, but rings offer 50% – the 50% discount is applied

When are rings added to your balance?

• Rings are credited right after the purchase is completed
• If insurance is used – they are added the next day, based on the paid amount
